Relationships move through seasons. Sometimes you’re working through a specific challenge. Sometimes the same patterns keep coming up. And sometimes you simply want support staying connected as life changes around you.
Ongoing couples counseling provides a consistent space to slow down, understand each other, work through challenges, and build a healthier, more connected relationship together.
You Don’t Have to Wait Until Things Feel Broken
Couples counseling isn’t only for relationships in crisis.
Maybe communication has become difficult. Maybe you feel more like roommates than partners. Maybe you’re navigating parenting, intimacy, finances, family dynamics, or a major life transition.
Or maybe things are generally good—you just want to understand each other better and be more intentional about your relationship.
Whatever brings you in, counseling gives you a space to work on your relationship with support and guidance.
Not sure which couples counseling option is right for you?
That's intentional.
We don't ask you to choose a counseling format on your own. Every couple begins by telling us a little more about their relationship and what brings them in.
Here's what happens next:
1. Contact us
Complete the contact form to get started.
2. Complete our couples prescreener
We'll send you a short questionnaire to help us understand your relationship, goals, and current concerns.
3. Complete the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment
We'll send both partners the assessment with instructions for completing it.
4. We'll help determine the best next step
Once we've reviewed your information and assessment results, we'll recommend the counseling format and clinician(s) that make the most sense for your relationship.
Support for the relationship you’re in—and the relationship you want to build.
Ongoing Couples Counseling
Couples counseling isn't about deciding who is right or wrong.
It’s about creating space for both people to feel heard, understand the patterns happening between you, and learn new ways of responding to each other.
Together, you’ll work toward greater understanding, healthier communication, and a relationship that feels more connected and intentional.
