Clinical supervision is an important part of becoming an independently licensed professional counselor. But the experience can be about much more than discussing cases and documenting required hours.

At Cook Counseling & Therapy, SuperEnvisioning is our developmental approach to clinical supervision. For Wisconsin LPC-ITs working outside CCT, we offer this approach through an independent clinical supervision relationship. We focus on the clinician behind the clinical work—how you think, what you notice, the decisions you make, the strengths you already bring, and the professional capacity you're continuing to develop.

Our work together includes clinical consultation, reflection, feedback, and opportunities to expand your clinical judgment and professional repertoire.

And development goes both ways. As your Supervisionary, I take seriously my responsibility to come prepared, continue developing my own supervisory competence, and create meaningful conditions for your growth.

You bring the clinician you already are and the one you're becoming. I bring my experience, preparation, perspective, and commitment to your development. Together, we determine what comes next.

Developing More Than Today's Clinical Decisions

Sometimes supervision is exactly what you need in the moment: an opportunity to discuss a difficult case, consider an ethical concern, or think through what to do next.

Those conversations matter.

SuperEnvisioning also asks a longer-term question:

What are you developing through those conversations that you can carry into the next client, the next challenge, and the next stage of your professional practice?

We pay attention to your clinical reasoning, your growing repertoire, your professional identity, and the competence you already demonstrate.

The goal isn't to teach you to practice exactly like your supervisor.

It's to develop your capacity to practice thoughtfully, competently, and increasingly independently as the clinician you are becoming.

What's Included in SuperEnvisioning?

Ongoing Clinical Supervision | $300/month

SuperEnvisioning provides a structured yet individualized supervisory experience for Wisconsin LPC-ITs. Our work begins with you—your existing strengths, experiences, developmental needs, and the clinician you're becoming.

Your monthly supervision includes:

• Two 90-minute individual supervision sessions — Dedicated one-on-one time for clinical consultation, case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, and intentional professional development.

• Two 60-minute group supervision sessions — Opportunities to explore clinical perspectives and learn alongside CCT clinicians and potentially other external Envisionaries.

• Individualized developmental planning — Collaborative attention to your professional goals, clinical judgment, emerging strengths, and areas for continued growth.

• Supervision tools and resources — Selected reflective exercises, developmental materials, and practical resources to support your learning between sessions.

That's five hours of scheduled supervision each month for $300.

Additional individual supervision sessions are available for $100 per session.

SuperEnvisioning isn't about teaching you to practice exactly like your supervisor. It's about developing your capacity to think critically, make informed clinical decisions, and grow into your own professional identity.

Professional Consultation & Mentorship

Not every professional seeking an outside perspective needs ongoing clinical supervision.

Professional Mentorship offers an individualized opportunity to explore your professional identity, strengthen your clinical competence, navigate career transitions, and consider the next stage of your development.

Professional Consultation provides a collaborative space to examine specific clinical questions, ethical considerations, private practice decisions, or professional challenges through the perspective of an experienced clinician and practice owner.

Both services are tailored to your needs and available independently of ongoing clinical supervision.

Professional Consultation & Mentorship: $200 per hour
