Mentorship for Emerging Clinicians
Because great clinicians deserve great supervision.
As a Wisconsin DSPS Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, Vivian Cook provides clinical supervision and mentorship for LPC-ITs seeking a supportive, growth-oriented environment as they develop their skills and professional identity.
With more than two decades in social services, over a decade in private practice, and years of leadership and mentorship experience, Vivian brings clinical expertise, real-world perspective, and genuine investment to the supervision relationship.
More than hours toward licensure.
Supervision with Vivian focuses on:
Clinical competence & ethical practice
Professional confidence & identity
Real-world preparation for independent practice
Individualized professional development
Strengths, interests & long-term goals
When appropriate, supervisees may also have opportunities to participate in groups, workshops, community outreach, speaking engagements, and other professional development experiences.
You don't work for me—I work for you.
The goal isn't simply to complete your hours. It's to help you become the confident, well-rounded clinician you aspire to be—with a little fun along the way.
